The ideal candidate must be motivated, resilient, and ready to take on field assignments in Davao City and General Santos City.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Promotion: Present, promote, and sell medical products to healthcare professionals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Market Research: Identify opportunities, gather market insights, and stay updated on competitor activities.
Negotiation and Collaboration: Effectively negotiate with clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Field Work: Travel within the assigned locations to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Must hold a degree in any business-related course.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
