Material Analyst

Job Responsibilities • Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods accuracy.

• Control documents in the system. Monthly and policy warehouse inventory report.

• Control received materials for both import & local parts.

• Solve inventory missing problems and control documents in the system.

• Supervise and mentor the cycle count team.

• Identify errors in the accuracy of on-hand inventory and finished goods.

• Identify causes of errors in accuracy.

• Maintain inventory accuracy as needed.

• Assist in educating personnel on ways to correct and prevent inventory accuracy errors.

• Update all reports needed to track inventory accuracy and adjustments.

• Obtain approval and inform the Finance Department of all inventory adjustments.

• Complete stock status adjustments as requested.

• Help escalate and resolve potential shortages.

• Oversee shipping and trucking.

• Oversee receiving.

• Control received materials for both import & local parts.

• Manage the cycle counting process and analysis before adjustments in the system.

• Control received non-stock items for all sections to order.

• Generate monthly inventory reports.

• Solve issues related to missing inventory.

• Control documents and transactions in the system.

• Improve the book in/out system to ensure transactions are correct 100%.

• Control the physical count inventory process.
