We are looking for a Data Analyst Specialist who is responsible for optimizing Amazon inventory, advertisements, and business performance through data-driven insights. This role is critical in ensuring the profitability and growth of our clients' Amazon businesses by managing inventory, ad campaigns, and business analytics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Shipments & Inventory Management: Analyze sales throughput to maintain optimal inventory levels at Amazon within a 45 to 60-day sales window. Identify when and which products to leverage Amazon AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution) versus Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Implement strategies to maximize profits by controlling storage and fulfillment costs through effective inventory management. 2. Advertising Optimization: Understand the impact of Amazon Ads keywords on organic rankings and optimize accordingly. Apply Amazon Ads team recommendations to improve client campaigns. Interpret key data points related to ad performance, making informed decisions about bid adjustments and keyword removals. Analyze how ads influence profitability and sales growth. Optimize Google Ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales to client websites. Enhance Social Media Ad campaigns to boost website conversions. 3. Business Analytics: Combine data from SQL databases to generate actionable business insights. Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards for real-time business tracking. Identify and translate key KPIs into visually intuitive dashboards. Monitor changes in sales marketplaces and uncover the primary drivers behind these changes. Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory management and Amazon platform optimization. Strong understanding of Amazon AWD, FBA, and inventory planning strategies. Proficiency in managing Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns. Advanced skills in data analytics and familiarity with SQL databases. Experience in creating and interpreting business dashboards and KPIs. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on profitability. Ability to adapt to changing marketplaces and implement effective strategies quickly. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Amazon reporting tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of e-commerce sales cycles and best practices. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Background in marketing analytics and digital advertising.
