Marketing Supervisor For Real Estate&Construction/25-30K/Pampanga

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degreeAt least 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums)With strong communications skillsWilling to start immediately RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
(events, email campaigns and promotional material).
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of
promotional materials.

SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
