DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-
store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing
objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
• Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,
conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands
• Finds the promotional regions' strong and weak points and suggests improvements to
performance
• Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect
company objectives
• Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and
needs
• Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are
respected
• Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our
audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer
conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Customer attrition rate low and retention rate highSales Revenue (target vs. achieve)Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)Average order value (AOV)Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent on
advertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldAt least 5 years' experience in Trade MarketingProven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Must have strong communication & interpersonal skillsMust have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical dataCreative thinker and proactive problem solverStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsExcellent understanding of subscriptions marketing including retention, acquisition, in life
