As a Marketing Staff, you'll play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to maximize results. Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and align with brand guidelines. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Work closely with the creative team to develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics. Social Media Management: Manage company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement. Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategy and drive engagement. Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns from planning and segmentation to design, deployment, and analysis. A/B test subject lines, content, and designs to optimize email performance and deliverability. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Assist in managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and performance analysis. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms. Generate reports to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At Least 6 months of experience in the digital marketing field. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila.
