Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
3 or more years of marketing experience (digital) in a corporate, or agency environment.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM, CPA, CPR, CPI) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing
• Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
• Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
• Propose the most appropriate events and messages in line with corporate strategies
• Launch Paid Digital Ad Campaigns on paid ads platforms
Paid Advertising Management
• Campaign Setup and Execution: Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns and select targeting options, set budget parameters, and optimize campaign settings for maximum performance.
• Monitor and administer website analytics, reports, and understanding of reporting tools. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, and regular reporting of all Paid Advertising campaigns
• Provide a keen understanding of revenue tracking and paid advertising
• Bid management: Setting and adjusting bids for individual keywords to ensure that ads are shown to the right people at the right time
Other Duties
To respond to changes in the marketing function as dictated by the Company
Developing creative strategies with the sales team to attract potential and new players
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
