Marketing Specialist

Graduate of 4-year course preferably Marketing course or any related field
With at least 2-3 years experience as a Marketing or similar role
Excellent good communication skills for both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver.
Design, implement and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.)
Creative engaging content and promotional materials to support campaigns.
Conduct research to identify market trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual across all marketing efforts.
Work on strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Coordinate wit sales, product and creative teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
Build relationships with vendors, media outlets, and advertising partners.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and customer engagement.
Prepare regular reports to present to management or stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on conceptualization and other marketing-related tasks.
Manpower/augment for different marketing activities
Perform flexible and extended duties/outside department
Support other affiliate companies of TMEI.
