Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts for our consumer-based website. This role is pivotal as we transition to a more in-house marketing strategy, aiming to boost traffic and sales while aligning closely with our vision.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Generate Leads and Drive Sales: Create strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and convert visitors into customers.
Independent Management: Take the initiative and operate autonomously to manage all marketing efforts, adapting quickly to fast timelines and changing priorities.
Collaboration: Work closely with our separate team that manages in-house products and marketing channels, ensuring alignment and synergy across platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Qualifications: Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in consumer-focused sectors.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Based in the Philippines to accommodate budget and operational needs.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM ET
