Overview:
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's external image and enhancing engagement with our target audience. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive communication strategies across various platforms to effectively convey our message, promote our brand, and drive engagement.
Job Description:
-Create visually appealing brochures that align with the existing corporate style guidelines. Ensure consistency and high quality in all printed materials. -Regularly update the company website with prepared content. Ensure that all updates are accurate, timely, and maintain the website's design integrity. -Develop and distribute emails using the existing email marketing platform. Design email templates, segment mailing lists, and analyze campaign performance. -Utilize Adobe Acrobat to create and edit interactive PDF forms for internal and external use. Ensure forms are user-friendly and functional. -Use Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance photos for use on the website and in email campaigns. Ensure all images meet brand standards and are optimized for web use. -Design engaging graphics for social media platforms. Schedule and post content via Hootsuite, monitor engagement, and report on performance metrics. -Create video content using online platforms including Promo and Synthesia for use at events and social media
Requirements
-Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, for creating visually appealing brochures, graphics, and photo editing. -Experience with Adobe Acrobat for creating editable PDF forms. -Demonstrated ability to update and maintain websites using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla. -Understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure design integrity and responsiveness across different devices. -Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot for developing and distributing email campaigns. -Experience in creating engaging graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. -Ability to create video content using online platforms like Promo and Synthesia, including video editing, animation, and voice over integration. -Understanding of video production techniques and storytelling principles to create compelling and effective visual content. -Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples across various platforms and mediums.
