We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts across multiple stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing tasks including electronic direct mail campaigns, social media management, website updates, Google My Business profile management, email newsletters, and content creation.

Job Description: 
-Send out Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns for each store as required.
-Manage social media accounts for all stores, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
-Maintain and update website pages with current information, such as opening hours and agent bios.
-Set up and manage Google My Business profiles for all stores, ensuring they are functional and updated regularly.
-Respond to Google reviews weekly. -Create and distribute weekly email newsletters to all staff, aligning with overall marketing strategies and including relevant promotional materials. -Develop and post stories and blog content for the website and Facebook page, featuring travel stories from agents and clients, as well as general travel updates.
Requirements

-Proficiency in using email marketing platforms for creating and sending EDM campaigns. -Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, including content creation and community engagement. -Basic website management skills, including updating content and ensuring accurate information is displayed. -Familiarity with Google My Business for setting up profiles and managing reviews. -Strong written communication skills for creating engaging email newsletters and blog posts. -Creativity and an eye for detail in developing visually appealing and engaging marketing content. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
