RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that amplify the brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement
*Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to identify consumer trends, demographics, and competitors, and use this insight to shape effective campaigns
*Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning and child-friendly campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, while ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful
*Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online advertising to increase brand exposure and drive traffic
*Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing efforts
*Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and pop-up shops to connect with customers, build relationships, and showcase the brand in person
*Work closely with internal teams (product development, sales, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
*Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in childrens apparel, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
*3+ years in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and campaign development
*Strong Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team, including creative professionals like copywriters and graphic designers
*A flair for creating child-friendly and engaging content that speaks to families and enhances the brand
*Comfort with analytics tools and reporting, with a focus on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
*A genuine interest in children's apparel and a desire to help build a brand that resonates with both kids and parents
SALARY: 35,000 - 40,000
