QUALIFICATIONS?Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.?At least 1 year experience in a similar role?Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) or any related software and applications?Familiarity with basic accounting principles?Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and optimistic in difficult situations?Commitment in working efficiently and accurately?Ability to act with discretion, tact, trustworthy and professionalism in all situations.?Keen to details, excellent organizational and time management skills.JOB DESCRIPTION?Identify new business opportunities?Ensures that the company meets revenue targets?Participates in sales pitches, presentations, pre-bid conferences and assists in preparing the pre-bid documents as required?Working closely with colleagues across all departments to implement growth strategies?Cultivating strong relationship with new clients while maintaining good rapport to existing clients?Collating and maintaining an updated client information in the Client database?Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines?Ensures that the contacts are updated across all existing clients ?Ensures that the Terms of Reference (TOR) of newly acquired clients are properly endorsed to Operations?Ensures safe keeping of contract and other pertinent documents at all times?Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the Immediate Superior as needed.
