Marketing Officer (Construction)

As a Marketing Officer (Construction) role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team to plan, organize, and control selling operations of the company's product portfolio and possible solutions to their clients within construction industry for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic planning – expand company's customer base and ensure strong company presence
Marketing – create marketing strategies up to creation of its marketing collaterals
Conduct market and competitor analysis
People management
Pipeline and forecasting

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong network and connection within construction industry (from contractors, developers to engineers).

Experience with selling doors and window frames is a major plus.
