Marketing Officer - Advertising

Ensures that all print, online and other forms of marketing collaterals are consistent with
the branding guidelines of company.
• Ensures that all possible advertising spaces within the vicinity of the branches and media
channels are utilized to promote the different review programs and other offerings of
company.
• Accepts request for display/posting of marketing collaterals within the vicinity of the
branches and submits initial recommendation to the Marketing & Sales Head for his
approval.
• Documents all advertising and promotional activities including the proper documentation of
all collaterals released by the department.
Identifies and recommends external media opportunities.Conceptualizes marketing collaterals for all marketing activities for the approval of the
Marketing & Sales Head.
• Monitors the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals released to the public and keep
documents to serve as basis for the future plans.
• Acts as the coordinator between the Marketing Department and Graphic Artist or creative
team for the production of marketing collaterals.
Recommends suppliers with lower cost for the production of marketing collaterals.Acts as the head of all events to promote company.Implements the community campaign and visibility plans of company.Submits periodic status reports to the Marketing & Sales Head.Performs functions of the Customer Relations Officer as secondary tasks.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
