The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. They will also be responsible for the monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels. Role Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines are met. Support the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Manage the company's CRM system and update customer databases. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools Requirements: Has at least 2-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or as a Senior marketer in a similar role. Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
