Job Description:DEVELOP & EXECUTE: Develop local market understanding to help in the development & execution of marketing programs· RESEARCH LOCAL MARKETConduct monthly competitor checks (events, promotions, etc.) & analyze information on the SMAC Loyalty program· ENGAGE LOCAL COMMUNITYCommunicate with relevant entities within the trading area: local market segments, private offices, and organizations for the development of loyalty programs· RECOMMEND AND EXECUTE MARKETING PLANRecommend & execute a comprehensive local store marketing program to support the business objectives of the store· PROCESS LOCAL REQUIREMENTSProcess the local implementation requirements of the marketing programs (resize marketing collaterals received from head office marketing to fit local requirements, secure permits, etc.)· EVALUATE PROJECTSEvaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities implemented in the branch in terms of sales effect & cost (identify reasons for success or failure)Qualifications:· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent· At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial role is required for this position· Candidate must be a self-starter, with above-average communication and leadership skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; highly creative and with a collaborative attitude· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours· Willing to be assigned to The SM Store Delgado· Full-time positions available
