MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

 

Job description:
Collaborates with and support to the Sales and Marketing Dept. in development of Marketing Strategies and conceptualization of activities to achieve the group's sales targets

Plans and executes the marketing communications plan of BE Residences which includes but are not confined to above the line advertising, publicity and press

releases, trade shows and exhibit, one to one communications for buyers and sellers and project/product and sales launchesQualifications:
Education

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field

Others

2-3 years of job experience

Verbal and Written communication, good team player. Skilled project manager, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, creativity, organizational skills, computer and IT proficiency

Graphic design and video editing skill is an advantage
