**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide strategy on product prizes to meet set goals
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to meet quota per branch both digital and physical store
- Create marketing strategies based on analysed market trends
- Coordinate marketing strategies to different departments
- Develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and meet the determined quota.
- Identify all products and services of the company to market to targeted stakeholders
- Identify appropriate products to display on each stores
- Add and updates customer portfolio?
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Provide avenues to develop teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
**Requirements and skills**
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and motivate.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
