JOB QUALIFICATIONS:> With 3 years and up of work experience> BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevantdegree> Must be willing to travel to different provinces> Willing to start immediately in Angeles CityRESPONSIBILITIES:> Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for theMarketing> Division and submit report to Operations Manager.> Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across allmarketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).> Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other mediadigital campaigns.> Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.> Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximizeprofits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.> Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjustingthe marketing plan.
