Job Summary:
 
The Marketing Coordinator acts as the liason between the VP Sales, the BDO, and the branch sales managers.
 
This position develops and implements branch retail merchandising, branding guidelines, and other design-related projects.
 
This position is also responsible for the overall strategic planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of marketing programs at the Home Office level and ensures that such programs contribute to the achievement of the set sales/growth targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
At least of 3 years of related experience.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Check and monitor inventory level of existing and upcoming collateral and premium items
Prepare and ships marketing collateral, IBP Kits, loyalty card and other branch-related material
Requests from HO support for the region?s operational requirements
Execution of new branch opening sales and marketing
Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Creates comparative analysis among possible suppliers and recommends approval of the manager.
Helps in coordination with suppliers to ensure delivery of agreed timelines.
Provides overall direction/thrust on the implementation of local programs/campaigns. This includes CSR, sponsorships and events
Ensures that marketing programs and activities planned are implemented by branches and comply with Marketing directions and
policiesOverseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build a community online
Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
Collaborates, participates in and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows
Overseeing branch branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Captures best practices across the region and recommends possible region-wide implementation
Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products
Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
Gathers and collates national/district/area/branch database, Competition, Sales ?Product Performance
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Monitors and evaluates competitive efforts and impact on the brand and recommends appropriate action to counteract as needed.
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
Collaborates in the development of new products.

Perform other job or expertise-related assignments to develop one?s self and/or share one?s expertise resulting in overall business efficiency.
