In accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc., the Marketing Executive will focus mainly on handling the Marketing needs of the Food & Beverage brands being managed by Chroma. The Marketing Executive will directly liaise with the Director of Food & Beverage (CHI) and to the head of Marketing Communications (CHI).
Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for F&B brands and products. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the VP for Operations, AVP for Marketing, F&B Director, and Branding & Marcom Director to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Offline Marketing Event Management: Plan and coordinate promotional events, tastings, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for successful event/campaign execution. Print Advertising: Develop and manage print marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, and posters. Ensure that all print materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. Public Relations Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers. Draft press releases and handle media inquiries to promote new product launches or events. Above-the-Line Marketing Advertising Campaigns: Collaborate in the development of large-scale advertising campaigns across relevant ATL channels which might include television, radio, and print. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Brand Positioning: Help position the F&B brand in the market through targeted advertising strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging. Below-the-Line Marketing Promotions and Discounts: Design and implement promotional activities to drive sales, such as loyalty programs and seasonal offers. Monitor promotional performance and customer engagement to assess effectiveness. Point of Sale (POS) Materials: Lead the creation of eye-catching in-store displays and signage to attract customers. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of BTL strategies. Digital Marketing Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends. Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new products, events, and offers. Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to refine strategies. Website and SEO: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the website for SEO and enhance user experience. Monitor website analytics to track visitor behavior and conversion rates. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and market trends. Analyze data from various marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the marketing team and management. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, culinary) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and best practices with the marketing team. Budget Management Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Provide input on cost-effective marketing solutions and initiatives. Content Creation Craft copies that effectively communicate Chroma and its properties message, value propositions, and key selling points to the target audience across various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, and other promotional materials, adapting to the customer journey. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and adherence to brand guidelines across all written content to maintain brand identity. Incorporate feedback and input from team members and stakeholders, including keywords, messaging, and offers. Others: He/she will be in-charge of documentation (reports, meeting minutes, contract management etc.) of any administrative tasks needed for each project. Ensures deliverables are submitted to appropriate stakeholders Able to do market research to strengthen brands market positioning. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills .Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in graphic design and content creation software.Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance.Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
