What you'll do: As Marketing Coordinator you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and will be well-versed in the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and web. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements. Content Creation: Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media channels for feedback and trends. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track industry trends. Analyze competitor activities and strategies to inform marketing decisions. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing budgets. Data analysis and reporting: Reviewing data from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads and creating monthly reports for clients. Successful candidates should have: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, both digital and traditional. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
