Marketing Officer

The opportunity: The Marketing Officer will be supporting the development of the brand strategy of Lamudi. You will be conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and branding. We are looking for a professional who has experience in social media management, branding content, and digital marketing.
\n You are great at:Develop, plan and implement 360 campaigns, including social media, events, and traditional, to align with marketing strategies and goalsOversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns, provide key learnings and recommendations that will improve the businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlesslyMonitor and report on engagement as well as community feedback and online reviewsDirectly engage with  followers to build relationships with the community and foster engagementUnderstands the ins and outs of social media analytics and is able to create new strategies to improve it. What it takes:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing communications strategiesCan communicate effectively verbally and in writingExcellent analytical skillsHighly creativeStrong project management skills Can handle a heavy workload and tight deadlines
