SUMMARY The Marketing Business Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate accurate and timely monthly reports to stakeholders, showcasing marketing performance and campaign results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and report business-related problems, issues and opportunities, and propose potential solutions. Work with team members and stakeholders to gather required data and insights. Design and document analysis plans, based upon technical and functional requirements. Document requirements to identify scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop use cases, user stories, scenarios, and data warehouse models to support analysis. Serve as subject matter expert for applicable technical and functional areas. Work with management, process owners, and other key constituents to identify, assess, prioritize, and document requirements. Create and distribute marketing reports, including data visualization and summary insights. Collect and compile data from various sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards. Help track key performance indicators (KPI's) : Identify trends and patterns in data Calculate metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates) Lead generation and quality. Perform data quality control and troubleshooting as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a business environment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions. Ability to assess and solve problems and recommend solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
