In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of marketing automation using MS365 Dynamics Marketing.
You will be responsible for developing and managing new user on-boarding as well as maintaining continued support, communications, process documentation and training.
You will also work closely with the Demand Generation Team to ensure the successful delivery of targeted and personalized email communications to our customers and prospects.

We will count on you to: Develop and manage innovative marketing user onboarding as well as maintaining continued support, communications, and training for existing users.
Participate in roll out of new functionality and systems (as needed) including partnering with various groups to gather technical requirements, end-user training and communications and continued administration of the system.
Develop and manage on-going business process documentation including managing knowledge portal
Assist core system users designing complex marketing automation & reporting solutions for critical initiatives
Oversee project management and task schedule for technical enhancements on cross-functional implementation teams
What you need to have: 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing automation system(s) (MS365 Dynamics is preferred, Marketo/Pardot experience is also desirable).
Experience developing business requirements and process documentation
Strong familiarity with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems (MS365 is preferred, Salesforce is also desirable).
Knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CAN-SPAM regulations is a plus.
An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret email campaign performance metrics.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills – can build credibility with all stakeholders as reliable, accurate, and resourceful conduit to ensure accurate and timely execution of information.
Exceptional project management skills. Ability to manage projects and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with IT (Information Technology) development processes related to CRM/ marketing applications. Extensive experience using and managing event management, marketing automation and CRM systems
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS/JS
Demonstrated understanding/experiencing of organizational processes related to system operations and integration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially PowerPoint and Excel: Filtering, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc.

Demonstratable experience in B2B digital marketing and proven success stories using a marketing automation platform (e.g. D365 Customer Insights, Abode Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Proven hands-on experience in driving marketing automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
Experience in a fast-paced B2B technology marketing environment, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
