Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Marketing Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site! This role calls for you to work from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT.
Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Marketing Associate, you will be involved in supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Creating content for social media (posts/stories) that align with the company's branding. Manage social media interactions (with current/potential clients and staff) Create and publish hiring and availability ads and help us find new ways to reach potential clients and staff.? All posts and stories shared (daily) should be in alignment with our vibe and mission and have appropriate colours, fonts, logos, etc. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.) Create and manage social media content Assist with the development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve campaign performance Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks Requirements We would need you to be or have the following: 2-3 years experience in a similar field. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools A Canva wizard! Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Open to working in the US time zone and accommodating the company's schedule.
