Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
• Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing and communications or related field—experience in a large, global organization is highly desirable
• Preferably candidate with experience doing business writing on Technology - content marketing, content management, and content assets.
• Experience in creative design for brand management - creativity and flair. – experience in brand management (i.e. ensuring that a brand's identity is consistent, coherent and compelling across all touchpoints)
• Experience with content assets focusing on technology or at least industry knowledge.
GOOD TO HAVE:
• Basic experience in advertising or has experience working in advertising agencies
Industry knowledge of Advanced Technology Marketing technology or how to position technology in the market
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute and support fully integrated marketing and communication plans to strengthen our Centers' key differentiators to help
sustain awareness, develop business and further engage clients with our Technology Centers.
• Work with the business to ensure we continue to improve client experience in our Technology Centers.
• Collaborate across the M+C Teams and vendors on case studies, environmental branding, virtual and immersive experiences,
content assets, Center-focused events and other day-to-day activities directly related to executing the elevation of the Client
Experience in Technology Centers.
• Own quarterly metrics reporting and thoroughly synthesize and distill key findings from data to identify trends and big impact
moments.
• Support the team with organizational tasks including post-call recaps, scheduling follow-ups, and working in close liaison with other
teams including creative, event management, people engagement and learning development.
• Maintain and organize assets and materials developed, leveraging company's internal knowledge-sharing and collaboration
tools.
• Support the development and implementation of other marketing campaigns as needed.
