Marketing Associate

Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated MARKETING ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:- Ensure effective communication of the company's brand, promotions, and initiatives across all business units and target markets.- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing platforms, programs, campaigns, activities, and initiatives.- Conceptualize, create, develop, implement, and monitor social media and website content.- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of ads, keywords, and digital campaigns.- Recommend strategies to optimize digital opportunities.Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's/College degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Communication or equivalent.- At least 1 year of work experience- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines- Self-starter with strong attention to detail- Background in using Adobe Creative Suite and social media management is an advantage- Willingness to occasionally attend events outside of working hours or on rest days if neededWork Conditions:Type: Full-time and On-site onlyLocation: Quezon CityWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pmWhy Join Us?Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values collaboration and teamwork, provides comprehensive benefits, offers a pleasant work environment, competitive salaries, performance-based appraisals, and attractive commission and incentive schemes.
