Marketing Assistant

Sales and Marketing Assistant duties and responsibilities include:

1.
Coordinates with Sales and Marketing Manager for the finalization of room rates, discounts and room amenities as well as banquet packages and rates

2.
Assist Sales and Marketing Manager in planning, organizing and implementing
marketing strategies and promotional programs to meet performance targets – sales,
occupancy, etc.
3.
Knowledgeable in using editing platforms especially Adobe Photoshop.
4.
Does daily follow-up of accounts of clients (new, old and existing clients & prospect
clients)

5.
Creates marketing ads to boosts sales and to gain prospective clients.
6.
Maintains good business relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and other
client and guests by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new
opportunities and services improvements.
7.
Attends to room and banquet reservations and makes sure that reservation system and
other required documents are updated.
8.
Answers room inquiries and reservation through phone, e-mail, fax, text, Viber,
WhatsApp and social media pages of hotel especially corporate, travel agencies,
associations, government agencies, organizations, embassies, etc.
9.
Coordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping Department regarding room
assignments, VIP arrivals, rush rooms and other related matters.
10.
Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding send bill accounts of clients and is
also responsible in updating the Accounting Department of client arrangements,
documents, client's contact information and other details regarding the client's send bill
accounts.
