Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, training, sales, product development, finance and design, to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with Marketing and Sales objectives.Capable in managing social media accounts and online communities, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement monitoring.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, scheduling, and performance tracking.Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials, working with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.Assist in the development of marketing presentations and reports for internal and external audiences, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.Other functions that may be assigned by superiors.Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year Business course preferably Marketing or CommunicationsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and toolsStrong organizational and communication skillsHas attention-to-details and negotiation skills and high level of self confidence.Passion in delivering service excellence to clientsBackground in insurance and marketing.Willing to work in Pasig.
