Marketing Assistant, Ca. Php 60,000/Month

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our marketing operations, managing content workflows, leveraging technology tools, and supporting campaigns that showcase our brand's success and innovation. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.
Responsibilities: Plan and publish content across channels (YouTube, Instagram, and Website)Manage content calendar and coordinate content creation workflowOversee Testimonial platform (Senja) to promote client successesSupport the development of marketing DM automation campaignsAnalyze marketing metrics and campaign performanceMaintain and optimizes marketing technology stack (Kit, Zapier, and Tally)Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy and productionLeverage Tools to draft short and long-form text (CastMagic and GPT) and short-form Video (Opus)Document marketing processes and best practicesProspect to platform Hosts and Guests to create collaborative content Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 Years of work experience as a BizOps Associate or similar roleExcellent communication and listening skillsStrong organizational skillsComfort with managing and organizing large sets of information through databasesFamiliarity in the following technology tools: Notion, Tally, Kit (or similar email service provider)
