If you have a passion for sales, enjoy engaging with prospects, and are skilled in leveraging marketing tools like LinkedIn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Client Outreach and Lead Generation:?Proactively engage in email and phone-based outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.?Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent and targeted communication efforts.LinkedIn Marketing:?Optimize and manage our LinkedIn presence to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.?Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to identify and reach out to key decision-makers.Referral Program Implementation:?Design and implement a referral program to incentivize existing clients and partners to refer new business.?Track and analyze the effectiveness of the referral program, making adjustments as needed to maximize results.Social Media Management:?Oversee our social media presence and enhance our visibility across various platforms.Reporting and Analysis:?Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for increasing client acquisition.Key Qualifications:•Proven experience in sales and Marketing, or any related field.•Experience in Video Editing and Content Creation is a PLUS•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.•Experience with LinkedIn as a marketing and sales tool.•Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.•Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.•A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
