Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant courseMinimum of 2 years of Marketing or Lead Generation work experienceProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointHas working experience using DropboxExperience with Salesforce and CCH ProSystem fx Engagement is highly desirable but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to juggle competing demands and workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with ProSystem Accounting Software or prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable but not requiredAmenable to working a night shift and hybrid work arrangement Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of a marketing professional and experienced firm team memberComplete intake calls, onboarding, and follow-upsComplete initial email responses and calendar meetings for partners
Prepare and update proposals
Research prospects/leads/opportunitiesPull 401k listings for auditors no longer in the industry or determine clients with further opportunities; pull down list of realtor associations by geographic area, etc.
Visit websites for industry conferences and assist in application, setup, communications, etc.
Attend lead calls and take notes
Put together marketing information for campaigns
Assist in salesforce completeness and accuracy by logging information received from the website, phone calls, and partnersAssist in the preparation of Engagement LettersAdding new clients to tracking and reporting systemsSetting up engagement binders for engagement teamsSetting up client Financial Reporting folders and preparing financialsSending Hero 7 (for 401k)Provide support or perform other administrative duties as assigned.
