We're currently looking for: RingCentral is looking for a Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager to be the primary liaison between the Direct Business Units and the Marketing Analytics team. The ideal candidate would have a mix of technical and business acumen, and is capable of informing actionable insights to our business leaders. The marketing analytics manager is charged with KPI reporting and analysis focused on the marketing org and its affiliated business units. This entails weekly reporting in support of executive metrics review, as well as detailed analysis of pipeline production across relevant timeframe. In addition, the role is responsible for identifying strategic improvement opportunities across the marketing functions by highlighting strengths and weaknesses, with the ultimate objective of meeting end-of-quarter org attainment. To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally responsible for measuring campaign performance, funnel throughput, and contribution to sales pipeline Support KPI development, streamline Marketing / Sales metrics translation, and closely coordinate with leadership to facilitate period-based business reviews Work independently to gather business requirements for the marketing org, while providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance across funnel metrics Experience working with various Marketing functions across Field Sales and Small Business, with knowledge of marketing strategies to inform decisions toward campaign optimization Partner closely with Data Governance and Data Engineering team to uphold metrics integrity, ensuring KPIs are accurately reflected across all stakeholder interactions Daily monitoring of Demand Funnel business objects across Salesforce and Hadoop data sources – to support periodic enhancement and trouble-shooting. Work in close alignment with other data teams from problem identification to resolution Support AOP (Annual Operating Plan) requirements by coordinating closely with Marketing channel leaders; this entails monitoring channel performance to identify efficiency gaps Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication & presentation skills, with proven experience leveraging proper business mediums and data analysis tools & techniques Functional Salesforce reporting skills required. Must be knowledgeable in report / dashboard building, with full understanding of native report types and various salesforce objects (i.e. account, opportunity, tasks & events, and campaign members etc.) Functional (advanced preferred) knowledge of Tableau data visualization –practical application of viz skills when performing ad-hoc analysis Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office & Google Suite; self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Meticulous and results oriented, with the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Data Science etc.), advanced certifications welcomed What we offer:
