Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Marketing Admin Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where??? JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, Cebu As a Marketing Admin Associate, you will be responsible for offering remote administrative support to our partner. You will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks as and when required.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube using Falcon. Sales Administration: Appraisals: Manage referrals, process post-marketing appraisals, and keep systems updated. Listings: Add listing details to Agentbox, manage vendor and solicitor correspondence, and organize documents in OneDrive. Marketing: Handle campaign management via RealHub (boards, brochures, window cards), book photos and copywriting, launch properties online, and manage OFIs (Open for Inspection). Sold Properties: Process sold properties and send correspondence to solicitors and clients. Settlements: Update Agentbox with settlement details. Reporting: Prepare and deliver OFI reports, weekly updates, stock lists, and competitor market analyses. We would need you to be or have the following: A graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in administration or as a Virtual Assistant (BPO experience preferred). Outstanding organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Strong leadership skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks. A warm, approachable personality with excellent phone skills. Executive Assistant-level initiative and problem-solving capabilities. Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ??!
