Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup:Hybrid
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off

Salary: P 80,000- P 90,000 gross - Negotiable

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage hiring activities.
• Manage performance and monitor completion of activities
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent-related processes
• Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
• Pre-select candidates based on CVs and phone screening and provide the hiring manager with the shortlist
• Establish and drive relationships with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
• Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders
• Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs when required.
Requirements:
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in end to end Recruitment in the Shared Services environment
• Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment, Extensive customer orientation, International experience
• Above average expertise in the Traditional Chinese Language (Mandarin); Business fluency in English
• Ideally work experience in different HR roles
