Hr Generalist-Hybrid

Manages end to end HR processes following standard processes and system of recordsAnalyze, categorize and log the received inquiries according to defined procedures to respond to employee queries adhering to the agreed Service Level AgreementProvide administrative support for HR for HR services all through the employee life cycle – onboarding to offboarding, and support to HR Center of Expertise around benefits, learning and development, recruitment, Hr compliance, etc. Qualifications: College GraduateWith experience as HR Generalist (Recruitment, onboarding to offboarding, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Payroll, Employee relations, Employee engagement, HR compliance, performance evaluation etc.With international Hr experience is preferred but not required.With good communication skillsWilling to work on a hybrid set up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City (2x onsite, 3x wfh)
