State/Province National Capital Region (Manila) Country Philippines Job Description • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of advertising and promotional materials to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
• Assist the Marketing Services Director with annual budget development.
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video footage, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research.
• Recommend and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
• Review, Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
• Observe, obtain and organize information from all relevant sources to plan advertising campaigns.
• Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised.
• Confer with internal clients to provide marketing or technical advice.

Requirements • Minimum ten (10) years of managerial experience.
• 5+ years in directing complex customer-facing fulfillment operations, with multiple departments, in a digital advertising environment.
• 3+ yrs relevant experience in online media trafficking.
• Must have direct experience with advertising technology solutions.
