**SELLING**
Achieving the monthly gross profit sales quota
Initiates, builds and maintains close contacts, harmonious relationship with the customers.
Reports to the Branch Head/Cluster Manager all customer related problems beyond his scope of authority.
Submit monthly sales report and all returned items
Coordinate with the technical department all pending defective items
Monitoring of stocks, pricing and branch sales.
Encoding the daily sales report to the RPRO system.
**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT**
Ensures zero loss or damages in stocks and collections.
Conducts and submit monthly inventory report to the Accounting
Deposits daily sales to the Bank
Conducts cash count at the end of the day
Assists Inventory Control Clerk in receiving and checking all deliveries of stocks
Check and submit the weekly inventory
Suggest and request for necessary stocks needed to sell
**ADMINISTRATIVE**
Maintains operational relationships with personnel and other in-house staff, primarily for the purpose of giving and obtaining information and working jointly on customers' problem.
Sets and maintains the mood of reliable, professional and friendly atmosphere from the opening to closing hours of the branch.
Reminds all personnel and acts as their model in performing their roles as the front liners of the company.
Prepare accurate sales report for prompt submission to the Branch Head and/or Accounting Department.
Maintain good housekeeping and showroom presentation at all times.
Assists other in-house staff i.e.
sales personnel, cashier whenever necessary and acts as one in its absence.
Checks and monitors the punctuality, attendance and wearing of prescribed uniforms of all personnel to enhance corporate image of the branch.
Ensures that all security procedures are properly followed at all times.
Accommodates routinely function of the Branch Head on his/her absence.
Supervises the over-all branch operations of the store.
**Key Holder**
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in any discipline.
Preferably with at least 6 mos of relative experience.
Good command of written and spoken Filipino & English.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
Highly organizational, Time Management skill, Output based oriented and Leadership skills.
With background in costumer relation, selling, and inventory.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Antipolo, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
