Position: Management Trainee (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
?Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
?Previous internship or work experience in business development or related fields is a plus.
?Amenable to attend face to face interview
?Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
?Help with the creation and implementation of business development plans
?Analyze and research the market to find trends and possible business opportunities.
?Attend meetings with prospective customers, partners, and other stakeholders to learn about their needs and make appropriate suggestions.
?Assist in the creation of presentations, business proposals, and marketing collateral.
?Help maintain the relationships with current partners and clients in order to win their loyalty and satisfaction.
?Track and report on the advancement of different business development initiatives and projects.
?Work together with internal teams to make sure business development plans are carried out smoothly.
?Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish and preserve business contacts.
?Take part in workshops and training sessions to improve your business development knowledge and abilities.
