Maintenance Staff

Job description

Maintence staff **fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines**.
Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
**MAINTENANCE QUALIFICATIONS**
1.
At least with background or graduate on electrical course
2.
At least with job experience (electrical works: maintenance work / construction )
3.
Can trouble shoot electrical problem (PANEL BOARDS, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, WIRES)
4.
Can repair minor electrical problem / trouble
5.
At least can read plan / compute electrical loadings
6.
Can read electrical meter

**Plus Points**:
1.
Has knowledge on aircon system / aircon maintenance
2.
Can do other job (Minor : carpentry / painting / plumbing).
3.
All around maintenance

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
