- Licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer/Architect
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience of Program / Project / Construction Team / works
**Description of Aureo Hotels & Resorts Corporation**:
Aureo was incorporated to develop resort hotels in the South East Asian region.
It's first project is Aureo La Union a boutique resort project in San Fernando, La Union.
**Key duties/responsibilities of Construction Supervisor**:
Administrate the Design Phases of all projects ensuring the appointment of all appropriate consultants necessary for each project.
- Monitor progress of design of projects to ensure they meet all agreed deadlines.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Work with the Cost Manager and Procurement Manager to develop a cost-effective budget, schedule and tracking system for completion of multiple projects following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- Oversee selection and coordination of Main Contractor, Sub Contractors and Suppliers, working on various phases of multiple projects.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts, and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
- Supervise the Site Engineers in managing the General Contractor and schedules related to the day-to-day construction aspects of projects.
Review progress reports, check on any reported difficulties, and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
- Report to senior management on progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
