Maintenance

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Staff will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to keep the facilities in excellent condition. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
2. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and storage rooms.
8. Manage and track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
