Job Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible in proper set-up and operations of machine in compliance with the required work instructions/standard operating procedures to produce good quality prints within the least tolerable limit of wastage.
Duties and Responsibilities: Operates various types of printing machines including offset, letterset, and screen printers.Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.Determines quantities required for print job.Matches colors for print job per job request.Aligns and configures machinery.Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines.Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.Performs other related duties as assigned.Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and toolsClean and maintain restroomsWashing and clean windows and mirrorsNotify supervisors of unsafe conditionsOperate floor scrubbers and other equipmentDust furniture and fixturesPerform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.  Qualifications:  With experience as Machine Operator/Technician at least 6 monthsWilling to render overtimeWith valid NC II certificateWilling to be assigned at Chino Rocess Makati City About TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC: With a credible track record of 25 years in the business, providing service and support to different industries such as in the AVIATION, LOGISTICS, TELECOMMUNICATION, RETAIL, MARKETING, ADMINISTRATIVE, BANKING AND FINANCE, PHARMACEUTICAL, FOOD & HOSPITALITY, HEALTHCARE, GENERAL & MAINTENANCE as well as in MANUFACTURING, PRODUCTION, IT and TEACHING Industry.
