Logistics Head

- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance
- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
- Collect, analyze, review data and generate reports and ensure 100% efficiency.
- Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
- Implement health and safety procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Transportation or any Four (4) year Business or Management Courses
- Knowledge in trucking / logistics operations is required
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, ERP and databases
- With excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Hard working, reliable and trustworthy
- Place of Assignment is in Davao and/or Misamis Oriental
- Willing to travel / relocate

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
