Job Title: Lead Gen Specialist/Appointment Setter Hours: Full Time; 40 hours per week Rate: 7-8AUD/hour Purpose: The position is responsible for communicating to potential customers on the phone, via email or LinkedIn for brand awareness and scheduling appointments with qualified prospects. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists and explaining the benefits or advantages of the service. They will help the company to expand their clientele and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Qualifications: · Must have a relevant experience as a Lead Gen/Appointment Setter · Must have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets · Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients · Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills, IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets · Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to work · Decision-making skills · The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload · The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals · The ability to think strategically · A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment · Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch. · Must be resourceful to build a list/add contacts to the list the client will provide through online sources e.g. yellowpages, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc Duties and Responsibilities: · Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets · Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization · Generate leads via cold calling, pre-qualify the leads and book appointments · Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients · Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
