Job Description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize resources and tools to efficiently and effectively assist customers
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
