This entry-level position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall user experience through effective communication and problem-solving via live chat.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to inquiries, orders, and issues.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer concerns and issues, effectively troubleshooting problems while ensuring a resolution is reached swiftly. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Stay updated on promotions, changes, and new offerings.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and relevant information within the company's CRM system. Contribute to updating FAQs and knowledge bases based on recurring customer inquiries.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and facilitate a culture of teamwork across geographic boundaries.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Utilize feedback from customer interactions and personal observations to recommend improvements on service protocols and customer engagement strategies.

- **Performance Metrics**: Strive to meet and exceed established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution time.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education**: A high school diploma is required; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Basic understanding of online retail operations is a plus.
