Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

PLDT is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Reliable and independent work ethic
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
